Emergency phone numbers
Say the unthinkable happened: You are injured in an accident and are unable to tell emergency personnel who to call for you. To make sure that doesn’t happen, program the emergency contact numbers of the family member or friend you would like called into your cell phone. Name the entry for those emergency numbers ICE which stands for “In Case of Emergency.” ER personnel will look for the “ICE” contact in your cell phone.
You may have already received this tip in an email message, but like me, you didn’t actually do it. It can make a difference as friends of ours found out recently so please stop reading this and take a moment to program your cell phone. I just did.
