Walking is touted as the ideal exercise, especially for Baby Boomers. Anyone can do it anywhere and for as long or as arduously as they want.
Real Simple magazine, which does an excellent job of simplifying things, recently listed some good advice -- and some challenges -- to those who walk, no matter the level.
